Judith Boyd
Judith K. Boyd is the deputy associate general counsel for intelligence in the Office of General Counsel, Department of Homeland Security, where she provides legal counsel on complex issues related to the intelligence operations of the chief intelligence officer and the Office of Intelligence and Analysis. She also serves in the U.S. Army Reserves as the deputy staff judge advocate (Detainee Operations), providing direct legal support to the newly created 200th Military Police Command at Fort Meade, Maryland.
